The quoted email causes me to ask: Is there in fact a substantive
difference between being a derivative of Red Hat and being a SIG of CentOS?

Both will be built on RHEL source materials. Presumably (more
presumptions...) having integration into the build process in this way
will answer the traceability and verification questions?
