Have you read the RHEL subscription terms of service?  There have been 
numerous articles, written by attorneys, on this issue.  I would 
encourage you to do a bit of research and reading on the subject.  (I 
had a fairly long paragraph in compose, but decided to cut it, since 
others have already described it far better than I, in different venues, 
in the past.)
