Hi,

 Thank you for the note.  As a long time user of Scientific Linux, I
have continued to use SL 6.10; as of my latest update.  I really do not
want to deal with systemd, Gnome3, and many such things.  Have used Unix
and Linux for more years than many on this list have been able to spell
Unix.

It is truly unfortunate to see that we have come to a time where change
for its own sake is considered progress.  That is really a regression.
Please think about it.
