Hmmmm..... I'd rather not publish libreport-plugin-rhtsupport (or the 
libreport-rhel bits) as SL doesn't have rhel support.  My test box 
upgraded safely, but it required the libreport-rhel bits.... of course 
it also managed to apply with the broken systemd repo dep so that box is 
super messed up and probably not trustworthy....

I'll build a new test box (and probably push the new 
libreport-plugin-rhtsupport later on today)
