We use a script to move such ill-behaved RPMs in to a separate repository, and
then configure that repo (only) to allow unsigned RPMs to be installed.
Re-arranging the SL repos in this way might be the least effort work-around.
It could also potentially give folk the option of deciding if they are happy
to install unsigned packages.
