These are sha1sum's not md5sum.
TUV switched from md5sum to sha1sum on RHEL 5.

[root@linux44 x86_64]# sha1sum SL.52.061808.x86_64.disc1.iso
079dd3540db6f9b9b21f06883a8ad89e20231680  SL.52.061808.x86_64.disc1.iso
