scientific/5rolling/x86_64/SL/ contains
   libhugetlbfs-lib-1.0.1-1.el5.x86_64.rpm
which has been obsoleted by
   libhugetlbfs-1.2-5.el5.x86_64.rpm
in the same directory.

The corresponding i386 version is gone from 5rolling/i386/SL/

I don't think this will be causing any functional issues, just a minor 
inconsistency.
