Hi,

www.scientificlinux.org has no official security certificate. This was
(or is?) not a real problem, but with firefox 3 (on SL5.2 beta) you get
the following "ugly" error message, if you go to www.scientificlinux.org
for the first time:

Secure Connection Failed
www.scientificlinux.org uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.
(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)
...

And you have to know how to accept the certificate in firefox 3 before
you can access www.scientificlinux.org.

I think this will confuse many new uses. Are there any plans to get an
official security certificate for www.scientificlinux.org?

Cheers,

    Urs
