With the recent root exploit issue, we now have to run the latest
kernel (unless the local exploit is not a problem).  However, the NFS
fix is not likely to be included in the kernel before 5.2.  To rectify
this situation, Johnny Hughes has built the kernel 2.6.18-53.1.13 with
the nfs patch applied and made it available for CentOS.

My tests using the provided x86_64 kernel indicate that the nfs
problem is indeed fixed there.
