 From the way things look right now, we are most likely going to go with 
yum-3.0.5 and package up yum-cron and all plugins are packages external 
to yum. I am going to start a discussion about yum and plugins and 
update methods on centos-devel later today, so if you can - everyone on 
SL-devel : do jump in and make some noise!
