Not a written policy.  But a informal one.  I wait a few days for the dust
to settle and then put them up in
scientific/linux/30?/arch/errata/SL/RPMS/

I wait a few days to make sure that the rpm does not break anything.  If
there is a big network exploitable rpm I will put that up sooner.
