Hi,

On a fully up-to-date SL 4.7 system trying to mount a remote filesystem
with fuse-sshfs give the error:
 fuse: unknown option `max_write=65536'
and the mount fails. I've found one reference to this message online:
 http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.file-systems.fuse.sshfs/785
which shows the same failure with fuse-sshfs 2.x and fuse 2.5.3, and the
suggested solution was upgrading fuse. The recent Fedora packages don't
work on SL 4; they rebuild cleanly, but depend on kernel >= 2.6.14 (i.e
one with the fuse module built in). I've also tried rolling back to
the fuse-sshfs-1.9-2.SL package from SL 4.6 and that (not surprisingly)
works fine.

Ewan
