Epel
  yum install yum-conf-epel
(This will also pull in yum-priorities and yum-fastestmirror)

RPMfusion
Already installed, but not enabled. We call it the dag repository. We
were calling it dag before they formed rpmfusion, so we've just kept it
that way.
One time installs
   yum --enablerepo=dag install <blah>
Permanently enabled
   vi /etc/yum.repos.d/dag.repo
