Well ... it's not surprising if nobody has ever asked for it, which is why 
nobody quite knew what you were asking for

You can look at the list of rpm's
http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/52/i386/SL/
http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/52/x86_64/SL/
In my opinion, that is the most authoritative list, because there can't be any 
'hidden' packages.

But we also use repoview in our yum repositories, those are at
http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/52/i386/SL/repodata/
http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/52/x86_64/SL/repodata/
