While I am running Win7 64 bit on KVM on EL 7 just fine, my path to 
getting it there was not by migration (and even if it had been, it would 
have been from VMware Fusion since I have never used VirtualBox), so I 
can't comment on whether there is a better way or not.  If you'll make a 
good full backup of the source image files before doing anything you can 
then try it out yourself and if it doesn't work you can try again.
