There's a known issue with dependencies that they say is fixed if you 
upgrade to lvm2-libs-2.02.111 or later.  I had the problem on a 6.2 
machine earlier today, but a 6.4 machine worked ok just now, updating to 
lvm2-libs.i686 0:2.02.143-12.el6.
