There are many options inside SL too, and definitely there are people here that know much 
about these stuff. Recently I resized my LVM2 volume from two hard disks to one, but it is 
an unsafe operation. I suppose you have lvm2 volumes for / and swap too and one partition 
for /boot (these are the defaults, I think).
