Looks like the website needs an updated symlink. In the meantime, you
can actually poke around the repository and find:

          ftp://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/5x/i386/SL/yum-conf-5x-2-1.sl5.noarch.rpm

I like the "5x" and "6x" repositories because those are autmatically
kept up to date.
