I know it isn't likely you would know the answer for my setup, but I 
should atleast ask :-)

What would be the appropiate BIOS settings? I am using a Tyan K8W with 
2.04 Bios.

I have 6GB on one cpu (2 x 2GB and 2 x 1GB memory sticks) and 4 GB on 
the other CPU ( 2 x 2GB memory sticks).
