Sorry for the misunderstanding, Konstantin, I should have indicated in the email that I waited 3 weeks after sending the first email.  Earlier today, other members explained that there might have been a glitch that would prevent members from seeing some emails sent before June 16.  I resent my initial question and got many helpful suggestions that I will try.

As to your advice to purchase a support contract, Linux Community webpage says about its mailing lists: "If you need help, ask. If you can help, please do so respectfully."

Right now, I am asking people for help on this list. When/if I will know as much as they do, I hope to be able to help other list members.  That's what the list is about, right?
