# rpm -qf /usr/share/system-config-date/system-config-date.pyc
# rpm -qf /usr/share/system-config-date/timeconfig.py

But don't ask me why the files are missing.
/usr/share/system-config-date/system-config-date.pyc and
/usr/share/system-config-date/system-config-date.pyc are missing on all
of my SL4 systems.
