 During boot there is this ring that gets built. On top of the screen I 
 see "Red Hat Enterprise Linux".

 Also during the process of shutting down I see the same...

 Futermore, I noticed that gFTP is not available (any more)??
 Perhaps I am mistaken, but I do recall it being included in RHEL6.
