Hi David,
Don't hide too much.  That was actually a very good, and well detailed 
trouble report.  I appreciate reports like that.  I also appreciate that 
you had as equally detailed report on what the problem was, even if it 
was a misconfiguration.  Because somewhere down the road, somebody else 
is probrubly going to do the same thing.
