This policy update fails on SL4.1 (and probably 4.2 and 4.3):

   Error: Missing Dependency: policycoreutils >= 1.18.1-4.9 is needed by
   package selinux-policy-targeted

That's the one introduced with SL 4.4. I could install it on a 4.1 
system, and then updating to the policy required for this bind update 
apparently worked.


Another issue: These bind&co are missing in some repositories, at least 
50 and 309/i386.
