Hello,

I noticed that all httpd's source rpms are located here:
http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/6.9/SRPMS/sl6/
but httpd-2.2.15-60.sl6.4.src.rpm is located in vendor directory
http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/6.9/SRPMS/vendor/

In following days I can check if other packages (based on released
notes) has same situation and prepare short report.
