Due to the scsi host adapter being old, the aic7xxx driver is not present in the SL7.1.
The same probrem had been reported as to CentOS 7(https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=7552).
There, AIC7xxx enabled in kernel-plus-3.10.0-123.8.1.el7.centos.plus. 
I am waiting for aic7xxx driver for SL7.1 likely CentOs.
