I turned a friend onto SL and he's asked me the most annoying of 
questions.....

He wants to download released versions of source codes (SRPMS) and build 
them for installation.

(Please don't ask why, it's come from someone higher than him on the 
food chain and so he's at least trying to figure out if it's documented 
someplace so he doesn't have to reinvent the wheel.)
