Howdy,
I'm getting our first batch of scientific programs into S.L. 4.4.
Right now, I'm just getting in the ones that were in the contrib area.
R and numpy

I've also put in madwifi for the i386.

I wanted to ask if we should put in fuse and it's rpm's.
I would like it in, but it's technically not scientific, just very useful.

I'm also getting cfitsio into the contrib area, getting ready to go in.

I couldn't get atlas to install, or any programs that depend on it, so
it's looking like it won't make it in this release.

Troy
