Sweet, now it's suddenly a security errata!  :D  I've already recompiled it
locally and as you said, I can always install over yum.  FWIW this kernel
works great and seems to have solved the kswapd problem I've been having
recently (it's one of the bugs they fixed since 2.4.21-20.0.1) with a file
server with lots of small files.
