I think, it can go into errata.

The fix is really harmless (only a 2>/dev/null in the script 
/bin/unicode_start).
Our users were quite confused about the error messages when login to a 
text console:

Keymap 0: Permission denied
Keymap 1: Permission denied
Keymap 2: Permission denied
KDSKBENT: Operation not permitted
loadkeys: could not deallocate keymap 3
