The Scientific Linux distribution servers may be unavailable from Today 
July 20 2018 15:00 CDT (Chicago) until July 22 2018 16:00 CDT(Chicago).

Downloads, yum operations, and mirror syncs may fail against the 
following hosts:

* rsync.scientificlinux.org
* ftp.scientificlinux.org
* ftp1.scientificlinux.org
* ftp2.scientificlinux.org

Additionally www.scientificlinux.org is expected to be unavailable 
during this entire interval.
