Hello,

On March 25, 2013 ftp2.scientificlinux.org<http://rsync.scientificlinux.org> 
will be transitioned to new hardware.  We expect this change to be completely 
transparent with no down time.

This change should result in increased reliability and improved performance.

This is the next step of the update to the Scientific Linux distribution 
servers outlined at HEPiX Beijing 2012.
