Request to Delete an Existing Mailing List


Please fill out this form to request the deletion of an existing mailing list. Your request will automatically be sent to the Fermilab List Administrators for processing.

** List deletion request must be submitted by a list primary owner.



       Primary Owner The e-mail address of the primary owner of the list.

       List Name Name of the existing list you want deleted?

       Reason For Deletion Brief reason for deletion of the list.


      Was List Archived Delete Archives - Archives are no longer needed and will be deleted. Archives for deleted list will no longer be available through Listserv

Save Archives - Archives will be retained and available via the Listserv website.
