As RPi3 has only 1 GB of memory I’m not sure whether running it in 64-bit mode provides tangible benefits over 32-bits beyond “nice to have”. I’m looking at the RPi3 (compute module, actually) as an embedded device so I didn’t test any of the graphical functionality at all. The final boards will not have any display connectors.

Thanks Kaj
It appears that the Centos version is only 32bit and only works with CLI at the moment. Is that the same with EL7 ?
