Have tried gnome and KDE. No issues encountered. This was just a "basic"
installation, but so far so good.

Just one word of caution about EPEL-7. They have not finished removing
conflicts with EL7. So, if you 'yum update', there may be some packages
that are overwritten by the EPEL ones. One such example is libsrtp [1].
