If you are using the ELRepo drivers, simply updating to their latest 
packages should resolve the issue.

If you've manually deployed the drivers, you'll have more work ahead.

If you have applied all the most recent security errata, then you 
already have the newest X and kernel.  If things work with those 
already, you should be fine.
