Hi Vladimir,

The kernel-2.6.32-431.3.1.el6 is a bugfix kernel for SL6.5.  We hope to 
have it available within the fastbug repo for 6.5 once we get 6.5 pushed 
out.

Our expectation is that 6.5 RC2 will be sometime in the near future.
