If the new computers support PCI-Express (PCI-e) boards, you could investigate the LSI Logic "LSI20320IE" board that fits into a PCI-e x1 slot and provides single-channel U320 SCSI (via both internal and external connections for 68-pin "SCSI Wide" cables). The HP part number for this card is "HP 439946-001" and the Dell OEM part number appears to be "NU947 MM052". Adaptec and other(?) manufacturers may offer similar products. I have the HP-version of the LSI20320IE board installed in an HP z800 workstation on which I am running SL5.X, and I have had no compatibility problems with the native Linux SCSI drivers. Hope this helps, -- Jim P.S. Your e-mail did not say whether you needed support for hardware RAID capability with your legacy U320 SCSI hardware, but I believe there are other U320 SCSI boards available with PCI-e interface that do provide support for hardware RAID, although according to TUV this really isn't a necessity given that software RAID can be used instead ... https://access.redhat.com/site/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/ 3/html/System_Administration_Guide/s1-raid-approaches.html
