You need to file a bug report with TUV at https://bugzilla.redhat.com. When it is fixed by TUV, SL will inherit it. In this case, the bug is obvious and the fix is already in the upstream (kernel.org) kernel. So, I would guess TUV will agree to apply the patch. Nevertheless, unless the bug is something serious or urgent, it usually takes a long time before they actually "do it". Akemi
