Actually, the SVG files should be smaller than the XCF files, since
they're vector files and not bitmap images (more like 20-200KB rather
than 2-20 MB).

http://gitorious.org/scientificlinux-logos/redhat-logos contains the
SVG source files for the 6.x artwork.
