All "/etc/security/access.conf" lines are commented!
So I think it doesn't have anything to do with the message.
Output from dmesg is attached.
BTW: when I tried to scp the dmesg file from remote SL6.0, the label appeared again just before the request for user's password. Does it have something to do with SSH?

Hello:
All SL6.0 local systems have SELinux disabled. "Access denied" label is shown in the text mode logon screen.
Thanks.

Hello:
Please notice I started to receive the output "Access denied" between
"Login as:" and "Password" at logon process. Local systems allow users
to login anyway but the label makes them to complain and ask why.
Have anyone seen this behavior?
I have not seen it, but it seems likely to be a SELinux problem. Is SELinux in Enforcing mode? Anything in the logs?
