That logo could work, though I've kinda already kept on going with the atom motif, along with the original logo where applicable..

Anaconda header (http://ploader.net/files/ff3f1b05ad55b3ef64acc9d243f36157.png), kinda influenced by the Fedora 14 one a bit.
