Hello:

Please notice OpenSSH update from 4.3p2-41.el5 to 4.3p2-42.sl5 causes user's environment variable DISPLAY not being set automatically and therefore remote SSH connections using X11 port forwarding do not work regardless if the variable is set manually.

Downgrade of the package reestablishes proper functionality.

I wonder if you have seem this behavior and if there is a workaround/solution.
