Ok. I see. "yum --enablerepo=dag install flash-plugin" also gets the
latest version flash-plugin.i386 0:10.1.82.76-release, which is not
compatible with SL4.6. So you are bound to the old version (including
its security problems).
rpm -ihv
http://packages.sw.be/flash-plugin/flash-plugin-9.0.152.0-1.el4.rf.i386.rpm
