You can still google for old flash-plugin rpms and install them. For
example have a look at

http://packages.sw.be/flash-plugin/

There is one for RHEL4 and CentOS-4 x86 32bit which should work on SL 4.6.

http://packages.sw.be/flash-plugin/flash-plugin-9.0.152.0-1.el4.rf.i386.rpm

I don't have a SL4 system at the moment to test. The rpm comes from DAG
repo, so

yum --enablerepo=dag install flash-plugin

may work.

Please note, the 9.0.152 version of flash-plugin is an old one and as a
lot of security problems!

Flash-plugin is not open source and the only one who can fix it is Adobe.
