Personally, of all the logos on the page, I think #3 is the best. I say #12 is the worst, simply because of the complexity and it doesn't seem to scale well. However, #1 is a very close second, to the bottom. Although I did not say it in my last email comments, #1, like William Somsky indicated, also looks very familiar to me.
