Yes. You are right. While running the application/benchmark, I use root -l much_sim.C.

How the root libs can be installed?

As I don't have SL-5.1, I request any one of you to check which rpm these library belong to, i.e. the following 2 commands

$ locate libGeoBase
It will give the path of libGeoBase

$ rpm -qf <path of libGeoBase>
It will give the name of rpm.

Same steps should be carried for other libraries also.
Send me the list of rpms.
