Hello, This follow-up is a bit late, but I wanted to confirm Troy Dawson's recommendation. The problem I found was that the file </usr/share/xsessions/icewm.desktop> was missing, not just on my laptop, but on a desktop box also running SL4.5. I located the file </usr/share/apps/kdm/sessions/icewm.desktop> and copying it over to </usr/share/xsessions/> restored IceWM to the Sessions menu. I've run YUMEX a few times since without incident, so the cause of the disappearance is a mystery. Thanks for your help. -- Jon Ruth Kent, Ohio [log in to unmask] <> wrote: > [log in to unmask] wrote: >> Hello, >> >> When I installed SL4.5 on my Dell Latitude CPX J650 laptop (512MB), I >> added IceWM from the standard GUI install menu.
