here are the packages that installed in the system, anything missed?

 [root@wan-koi tcptrace-6.6.7]# rpm -qa|grep libcap
 libcap-devel-1.10-26.x86_64
 libcap-1.10-26.i386
 libcap-devel-1.10-26.i386
 libcap-1.10-26.x86_64
 
even those packages are installed. It seems to me that still some files are missing, such as "pcap.h".
