Hello I'm looking for a list of hardware that is compatible with Scientific Linux, I have found the following resources - 1. The Redhat Hardware Compatibility pages (https://hardware.redhat.com/hwcert/index.cgi), 2, The Scientific Linux hardware section (https://www.scientificlinux.org/documentation/hardware/) 3. The CentOS hardware list (http://wiki.centos.org/HardwareList). 4. The Linux Hardware Compatibility HOWTO (http://tldp.org/HOWTO/Hardware-HOWTO/) Are these the best sources of information, I need this information to send to a vendor who is in the process of tendering to supply a disk server to us. Thanks Mark. -- ------------------------------------------------------------- Mark Nelson - [log in to unmask] IPPP, Department of Physics, University of Durham, Science Laboratories, South Road, Durham, DH1 3LE Office: +44 (0)191 334 3811, Direct Dial: +44 (0)191 334 3653 PGP Key: http://www.ippp.dur.ac.uk/~mn/pgp_key.txt This mail is for the addressee only
